RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In principle, returns and exchanges are within

14 days if the goods are unwashed, unworn and unused and show no signs of wear.

In the interest of sustainability and to avoid unnecessarily many parcels, we ask you to compare your size with the size chart before ordering.

To process your return, please send us a short email with your order number and the reason for your exchange/return.

  

WHO CAN I CONTACT IF SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

If the product you ordered has a defect or you have technical difficulties, please email our team: tryflyfishingcrew@yahoo.com

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE TO BE REFUNDED?

As soon as we have received your return and checked it and if it's ok, you will receive back the purchase price within 3-5 working days.

Return shipping costs are not covered and are non-refundable.

WHO SHOULD I SEND MY RETURNS TO AND WHO WILL PAY THE COSTS?

We want to keep returns to a minimum and have therefore provided the size table and are happy to help, if you  are unsure which one  product/what size could suit you best.

The cost of returning  bears the buyer.

​

We recommend insured shipping via DHL.
